How to change the SP0102055 grinder burr

- 1Grind out any beans, unplug the grinder and lift off the hopper (ESP Pro: the grind setting collar), then lift out the ring burr.
- 2Twist the quick-release knob on top of the cone burr clockwise until it comes off; keep the small washer under it. Hold the burr with a cloth or glove if it spins, as it is sharp.
- 3Lift the cone burr straight out. Keep any parts that come up with it in the same order.
- 4Put any parts back on the drive shaft in order, then fit the new cone burr so the two lugs below it sit in its holes and divots.
- 5Refit the washer and quick-release knob and turn the knob anticlockwise until the burr starts to turn, then refit the ring burr and hopper.
