How to change the service kit in your STIHL FS 91 R

- 1Stop the engine and let it cool. Turn the choke knob to the closed position.
- 2Loosen the filter cover screws, take off the cover and clean loose dirt from around the filter.
- 3Take out the paper air filter and fit the new one from the kit, then refit the cover.
- 4Pull off the spark plug boot, unscrew the plug and screw in the new one (gap 0.5 mm, STIHL says). Press the boot firmly home.
- 5Swap the fuel filter using the hook in the kit box.
